Design: The site of the former Wybertjes factory is being transformed into a residential ensemble. Dakdokters Studio is responsible for the design of the outdoor space, partly located above an underground parking garage. The public character of the planting on the street side transitions to a private character in the courtyard garden. The ground-level homes all have private terraces, mostly adjacent to the collective courtyard garden. By applying water retention crates, differences in substrate height and tree rings, high quality plants can be placed in the inner garden above the parking garage, providing a green buffer and view.
