In the NDSM area in Amsterdam North, new housing is being developed in the former IJ-loods (IJ Hall). Dakdokters Studio designed the roof gardens, green courtyards and alleys, which turns this industrial building into a nature inclusive place. The aim is to create a space for residents to meet and to stimulate biodiversity.
